The site is located within the existing site boundary of Church Langley Primary School, Church Langley Way, Harlow, Essex. The school was constructed in 1996 on former agricultural land and in support of the construction of a large housing development. The building will be positioned 1.2 metre from the boundary and replaces the existing temporary classroom building.
